Strawberry Bliss is pure bliss :)

My colleagues and I absolutely loved the Strawberry Bliss cake. It was beautifully light and airy, with a perfect balance of sweetness. The strawberry jam was generous without being overpowering... just the right amount to complement the sponge and add a fresh, fruity flavour in every bite.
