Apple Cake - dairy free

Absolutely delicious cake! This is my 'goto' cake for all occasions as it is moist, tasty and keeps perfectly for days (on the rare occasions there is any left!). Bonus being dairy free, as several family members cannot handle dairy. I have yet to find anyone who doesn't come back for seconds! Cosy Cakes are very well organised, efficient and cheerful - lovely people to deal with!
