donut-y, with a slightly crystallised crust. Amazing and unique! The caramel was very sweet, but easy to remove for those who wanted to reduce sweetness. We served with a blob of whipped cream. All guests were delighted and we would highly recommend to others!

Everyone loved this cake. LOVED the sweetness of the thick dulche de leche contrasting with the soft sponge AND the crunchy sugar dusting on the surface of the sponge. The cake truly tasted cozy and brought happy feelings. YUM!
