The polenta and guava cake was deliciously moist, with a perfect combination of the sweet, fruity and slightly savoury taste. I could have very easily finished the whole cake in a day by myself!

Fave Cake!
This is my fave cake ever! I could eat this entire cake all by myself within 2-3 days (I would reluctantly share) and it keeps really well! Continues to be moist & doesn’t dry out even on day 3! Sadly I don’t see it ready made in the Adelaide shop anymore! Glad it’s still available to order online though! So tasty & light (doesn’t make give you that cake eating guilt)! Also I guarantee it will leave you wanting a bigger slice (despite already having a rather large slice before) & perfect as a tea cake to be paired with a cup of hot afternoon tea!
