We bought this cake as my son has egg and dairy allergies and we wanted something special for his 1st birthday and we were SO impressed.
We will absolutely purchase again, the cake held together perfectly and honestly you couldn’t tell it didn’t have egg or dairy in it. Light and fluffy, with a slight citrus zest from the orange juice. So delicious, and my son (and everyone actually!) loved it!
