Unfortunately, this cake was not the best choice. My kids did not like it. Also, the look of cake is the plain "Coconut Cake" not "Polenta & Coconut" that has a something sugar like white layer on the top.

The cake was delicious - so moist and flavorful. The staff were very prompt and helpful as I needed some specific dietary requirements for my cake. They provided several options and were very responsive. In fact, I think I'll buy something else again this week - prices are very reasonable for such a tasty product. Definitely 5 stars!

Please improve your online ordering system

While the cakes are always delicious, the online ordering system constantly uses another person's name on my order because we share the address. No matter what email or phone number I use, it always comes up as Gerald. That's not my name so collection is always a painful process. It puts me off ordering their cakes so it's a lose/lose for each of us.

Hi Karen, apologies for the confusion with the names. We use a 3rd party ecommerce platform (Shopify) and this is a configuration we don't have control over, but we will contact Shopify and let them know about this issue and hopefully they will be able to fix it for us and all other businesses that use their platform and may be facing the same issue. The issue is that you share the same email address, and because the first order you ever placed using this email address was under the name of Gerald, the system links the name with the email address and always retrieves the same name that was originally linked to that email address. If you use a different email address with your name, then this issue will go away. Thanks for letting us know!
